Treatments can include exercise therapy, manual therapy, mobilizations with movement, neural mobilizations and IMS techniques and with a fully equipped 9000sq ft gym area we set the stage for helping you make a complete recovery of your strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

Physiotherapy services involve the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of an injury or condition. IMS / dry needling is one treatment option.
Common things we treat include:
Joint sprains (most commonly ankle)
Muscle strains or tears
Knee injuries including MCL and meniscus
Shoulder and neck pain
Hip and back pain
ACL repair surgery
Rotator cuff repair surgery
Achilles repair surgery
