    Physiotherapy services involve the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of an injury or condition. IMS / dry needling is one treatment option.

    Common things we treat include:

  • Jeremy's practice has been amazing for my recovery. Just when I thought that I would not lift again and would just have to learn to live with reduced ability to lift and chronic pain, he provided me with the programming and care that would help me return to pain-free training. Jeremy really pays attention to what you say, and what your goals are. Very impressed with the results of his treatment plan. 100% would use again for future physiotherapy.

  • Jeremy doesn't waste your time! I've seen him for several tendon overuse injuries and I don't think I've needed more than 1-2 total appointments to resolve any of them. Jeremy's goal is to see you on your merry way rather than fill his roster. I've (selfishly) recommended active friends & family to Jeremy after seeing them struggle with chronic injury: I know he will put them on the road to recovery while encouraging them to not pause their active hobbies and then I don't lose my activity partners!
