A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost for the first occurrence and 100% of the session cost for any additional occurrences.
-
If you are not a Forge member the door will be locked.
Please wait outside and the therapist will let you in at your appointment time.
If you prefer to wait inside, go to the front desk on the gym side (closer to the Johnson & Vancouver intersection) and ask to be buzzed in for your appointment.
-
There is ample on-street pay parking on both Johnson and Vancouver street for $2/hr. Parking is free before 9AM and on holidays.
The Johnson Street parkade is a 5 minute walk to the clinic and has spaces that offer 1hr free parking.
There are also 1 and 2 hour free parking spaces along Balmoral and Mason St., just a 5 minute walk from the clinic.
Please plan your time accordingly to find parking.

In our first meeting we will have a conversation about what brings you in, what you’re looking for from physiotherapy, have some form of assessment, and offer a diagnosis.
Treatment planning will be based on the assessment but is driven by your preferences.
Treatment can include exercise, manual therapy techniques, IMS/electrotherapy, self-management strategies, and more.
