Physiotherapy services involve the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of an injury or condition. IMS / dry needling is one treatment option.
Common things we treat include:
Joint sprains (most commonly ankle)
Muscle strains or tears
Knee injuries including MCL and meniscus
Shoulder and neck pain
Hip and back pain
ACL repair surgery
Rotator cuff repair surgery
Achilles repair surgery

If you have pain or an injury that is limiting your ability to run we suggest booking a physiotherapy session to get you the best care.
Note that performance services are typically covered by benefits.

Our Strength and Conditioning sessions can help with anything from learning the fundamentals to enhancing your health and fitness or achieving new athletic heights.

If you prefer to wait inside, go to the front desk on the gym side (closer to the Johnson & Vancouver intersection) and ask to be buzzed in for your appointment.
