From youth soccer to competitive swimming, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and ultra-running, I've always been active. However, probably like you, my journey hasn't always been smooth sailing. I still remember the Achilles issues that forced me to stop playing soccer at ten years old. But, I found solace in swimming, and it became a part of me for over a decade.

However, avoiding that issue never solved my problem and my childhood injury persisted. I “rested it” for over 10 years and when I decided to race an Ironman it took me over two years of rehab to finally run without pain.

But I've used my passion for sports to achieve more than just physical milestones.

I've run the Grizzly Ultra with my brother and best friend, spontaneously ran around my house for 12 hours to cope with stress, and even ran 100 miles through Gowlland Tod park solo. These experiences have taught me the value of being active, not just for physical fitness but for also for shared experiences and mental wellbeing.

Every injury, whether by misfortune or stubbornness, has thrown a wrench into my life. But, I never really wanted to "rest and wait" because I didn't want to miss the activities I love.

Now, I take my training and experience and use it to help others like you feel great and move well so you don’t have to miss the things you love either.
