Rehab Training

Whether you're recovering from an injury, a health-related condition, or want to safely improve your overall physical health, we'll work with you to create a plan that best meets your specific needs and goals. These sessions differ from Strength and Conditioning sessions in that we are focused on addressing an injury or medical condition.

These plans work best with a specific goal and timeline in mind.

These are 1-on-1 sessions where your physiotherapist will guide you through movements, providing feedback, support, and modification as needed to ensure you get the most from your time.

Our movement-focused sessions are designed to be challenging yet achievable, to best help you build strength, increase mobility, and improve your overall health and wellness. With guidance and support, we aim to push you to reach your potential and regain the abilities you may have thought were lost.

These sessions exist because we found that people would come in, we would create a plan together, and then they would have difficulty working through the plan on their own. We wanted to offer an option for extra support for those people who are seriously committed to a rehab goal.

Notes:

  • An initial assessment is required before starting rehab training sessions to learn about your condition/injury, how we can best help, and if rehab training is the appropriate next step.

  • Best results are typically achieved by those attending 2x/week or more. Rehab Training typically takes place over an 8-16 week period, depending on the condition/injury.

  • Rehab training by a physiotherapist is typically covered by benefits. Please check with your provider.
